The Xposed Visionz club has had an annual show in the month of April for the past nine years. The name Dustoff has its purpose due to the fact that a lot of show goers park their rides for the winter to ensure that when they remerge they are of the same caliber of cleanliness that they were when they were stowed away months earlier. In the beginning the show was a one day event with only a dozen awards given to the participants. Since year one the show has gradually grown to the point of having three to four hundred vehicles showing and easily tripled that number coming by way of spectators. This year the show had a major setback coming by way of bad weather causing city officials to postpone the prior arrangement made to have the show at the biggest park in the city. Arriving as usual around 7-8 AM on Saturday the line at the entrance was much shorter than normal. As the day progressed show participants packed in filling the little man made lakes surrounding greens. Just as the show vehicles were cleaned up and ready for viewing the spectators began to pour into the grounds of C.O. Bruce Central Park in Seagoville Texas. The show was back on track despite the major 2 1/2 month delay just as the previous years have set the standard for many years to come.A tradition of the show, the after dark drag, was moved to the deserted highways to keep the local law enforcement at ease. Among the participants were a few draggers and a lot of spectators. Making the drag come to an abrupt stop was a bodydropped Buick Roadmaster needing more material to keep the fresh paint from becoming not so fresh if laid on the ground. A quick stop for trailer balls turned into a make shift party with everything from beat boppin, break dancing and even a routine visit from Johnny Law. A few sobriety tests and a lot of questioning later and we were back on the road, this time with fewer spectators and a few cameras ready to capture the action as it would unfold.
