I spent morst of last weekend on the band saw cutting out gussetts. steering rack clearance is tight so i notched the framerails and boxed them in.

i used a Flowmaster muffler for mock up. its 4-inches tall which will fit inside the frame but will also drag on the ground.

we moved the motor as far back as we could so we had to make custom mounts behind the crossmember

driver side not as easy to make a mount for. steering shaft means the rear mount will look like a boomerang.

the '67 came with a wood bed floor. it probably wont have any floor for Havok. where will i put the luggage during the road trip? hmmm.

the nice thing about irs is that the cab isn't really body dropped. i only had to step up about 1 foot of the trans tunnel 1 inch higher than stock.
