Lincoln LS 3.0 V6 coupled with 5R55 Automatic Transmission. coupled between the Engine and the transmission is a 21.6 kW (10 kW continuous) Honda insight radial flux motor. The engine has a 13:1 compression ratio, with 28% increase in fuel injection. The electric motor eliminates the need for a starter and provides with "engine off at idle" capability.
Electric motor powered by a 144 V NiMH battery pack, using panasonic batteries. Closed loop catalysts to reduce emmissions. Use of Titanium exhaust and Aluminum to reduce weight.
Desert Camo pattern. Front active air dam, deployed at speeds over 40 mph and Rear spoiler. Reduction in Coeifficient of Drag by 4.5%. Lexan windows for additional weight reduction.
