Well it is a new year and there is so much to look forward too!!! But first lets go back over a few things from 2002. This past year we here at SSM have been working long hard hours trying to make the site more fun and to give you all more to do while online. We've had nothing but good feedback and great ideas to help out. Remember this is your site too, you help maintain it with the fees we charge and there for if you have ideas don't be shy to bring them forefront so we can make things much improved. The past year we have acquired more people helping out with coverage around the US and in turn we have offered more for you to view. Well expect much, much more this coming year as I plan to double my show responsibilities and we've added a few more photographers as I will outline how is doing what for us next month as we have a better Idea of who is in and who is not. The end of 2002 brought on a big surprise for myself with a addition to my family, a baby girl! No guys, don't worry that doesn't mean that I won't be any fun at the shows anymore, but sorry ladies I have responsibilities now and can't be messing around so lay off! Haha… Also this past year brought on "The Modifyd Project". Although the past few months we haven't done much with it, we should be full bore once again here shortly to hopefully complete it before the show season gets full swing. Will that happen? Probably not cause that's my luck but hey I can dream can't I?2003 brings a lot of big time pressure for the staff here at SSM as we are now going to have 2 different magazines, which means we need to acquire twice as much coverage, features and tech articles. So when you see us at a show and we are short with you it is not cause we don't like you (I don't think) but yet we have lots to do and much coverage to get. Just be patient and catch us at the end of the day when we are having a beer or two.

Then we will be able to chat a little more with you. 2003 also brings shirts, we received our shipment of shirts today Tuesday the 7th!!! So those that have ordered some already those should be out shortly and those that are looking forward to ordering some we have them for you waiting to be shipped so start ordering!!!
