The tag was relocated to the back window and hangs on a hinged mount and a LED was also added for a 3rd brake light in the back window. Now that all the bodywork was complete and the body was prepped for paint, it was time to pick a color that Tommy would like. He decided to go with a Saffron Pearl color. While the car was being reassembled once the paint had dried, a set of '96 Honda Civic aftermarket sport mirrors were painted and bolted on. All of the paint and bodywork was performed at Cannons Auto Body in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Since Tommy had the firewall and inner fenders painted to match the car, it was time to dress up the engine a little to finish the engine bay. The valve cover was polished as well as a few other aluminum brackets while several other brackets were chromed dipped. Some steal braid and wire loom also dress up the engine. To round things out in the rear, there is a polished DC Sports muffler.
