With the exterior modifications applied it was time to through in a K & W fully adjustable lowered 3 inch suspension set up to bring the fenders down to the Konig Carbon Black 17" wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich 205-45 inch rubber. The engine would be next on the list of modifications. The stock 2.0-liter SOHC I-4 split-port induction (SPI) engine would be found with a Jackson Racing supercharger (Approx. 42hp).

  Giving a little more horse to the wheels, a 50 shot NOS system would be installed along with a AEM cold air intake, PWR intercooler with custom bent pipes, Focus Central headers and Bosel stainless steel full exhaust. Accel 8mm plug wires along with an AEM spark plug cover and AEM adjustable cam gears would finish the engine off.
