When one builds a ride to show there skills or talents, most try to build what others have not. Well for Max Maxwell of Houston Texas this was another case of such a situation. After laying down a cool $10,000 for a '94 Buick Roadmaster in the later side of the '90's, it was time to show off what skills Max had acquired over his 9 years of involvement in the scene. Being that Max was the owner and operator of Maxed out Paintwurx of Houston Texas, many things would be found on this wagon that you wouldn't find anywhere else in the country. With 3 years of tearing apart cutting, reworking and painting, Max would find himself turning heads with every panel which drug the ground.
