Pry the piece off gently and it will come right out. The dome light is held on by 8mm bolts. The map light is held on by two Phillips head bolts both lights will drop down and just disconnect the wires. Next remove the 3 Phillips head screws from your rear view mirror and the rubber liner around your sunroof (if you have one) the headliner should drop down. Carefully pull the headliner out of the car, you can and may re-use that when putting your headliner back in.

To remove the sunroof I had to disconnect the leak/water lines and unscrew eight 10mm bolts. The sunroof then dropped down and was removed. With the interior stripped we were then ready to start preparing to install the ragtop. You will need to take the canvas top off of the frame assembly. To do this feel underneath for the bolts that holds the top to the frame. Unscrew them and pull the top off the frame. Last you will have to unscrew all of the bolts off the back of the ragtop. Your top and frame should now be separated.
