Back in June of 1997, Mike was looking into purchasing an import that he could build to take over the scene in his area. Little did mike know, the car of choice would be a 1993 Honda Prelude Si. After paying $10,500 for the Prelude, he never thought it would take another $22,000 to get it to it’s current state.

Although being in the automotive scene for about 10 years, the only other import that Mike has owned was a Mazda RX7. Gunning to out due the power of the Rotary engine, Mike knew the build up of this Prelude would take on most any street driving ride. Thanks to the owner of Hotrods Custom, the Prelude would take up 2 years of his time just being completed in March of this year.
