With the cab back on its foundation and everything bolted back in place the entire cab floor was cut in the form of a 5" body drop to ensure the cab would sit firmly on the ground when the cylinders were absent of the juice. With the body all welded back with its lower stance it was then time to focus on finishing the paint and bodywork. William and John decided that the passengers side door needed to swing in another direction so it was removed and then treated to the suicide treatment to give the truck a different look.

With all the body mods complete William went back over the truck priming and blocking it until every imperfection was removed and the shiny stuff could be applied. House of Colors purple was then spayed onto the smoothed firewall, the underside of the cab and the entire body of the lil Blazer. This is were the majority of people would have quite and called it done but there was no way that was going to happen so William added a combination of diamond plate, cheddar cheese, flames, slash and alien skin graphics in a variety of hues from HOK that flowed from the body on thru the door jams.
